First day back to work today! It was very quiet in the restaurant, not a bad way to get back into the groove of things. I worked with a girl I hadn't met before. She was gone for 2 months performing in a play with Liza Minelli. I find it hilarious how many times I have been asked if I am a performer/dancer/singer/actress. I might be the only person in NYC who moved here without the intention of becoming famous.
One highlight of my day: Beating Morris in Gin.
