Every year I look forward to the Trainer Family Christmas Eve party and I was so excited to be home to take part in the festivities. I love Jessica, my bff, and her parents and grandparents, so it's become a tradition. This year the party ended kind of early and because I am usually fashionably late I showed up when the crowd had left, but I still got to chow down on some jalapeno poppers and see Jessica which is the best part anyway, I love her so much and am so glad that we can always get right back where we left off no matter how often or little we have seen each other.
After her party I went across the street to hang with her cousin Justin and the boys at the Dude Ranch, their newly nicknamed house. I love that house because for a few years now it has been like THE community house. You don't have to knock (at least I feel like I don't) there's always friends, a game or movie, and beer. It's like your favorite bar. I had a ton of fun with them and I think they quite enjoyed the platter of food I brought from the party at Jessica's. We got to celebrate Christmas together at midnight (:
